Highlights of a Running Career (So Far)
Exploits and adventures across the country and in Europe
In 2002, Walter was honored to be selected as an official torch bearer in the Olympic Torch Relay as it passed through Dayton on its way to Salt Lake.
In the ultimate test of physical and mental conditioning, Walter completed, in 30 hours, the torturous Western States 100-Mile Endurance Run through the Sierra Nevada.
